WNS Low nitrogen condensing type steam boiler

  • Detail
  • Parameters

Ultra-low nitrogen condensing integrated steam boilers have more condensation waste heat recovery devices than traditional gas boilers.

They absorb high-temperature flue gas waste heat to heat cold water, thereby greatly improving thermal efficiency. When the condensing

integrated steam boiler is running, a large amount of high-temperature flue gas is reduced in temperature through the condenser during the

discharge process. The boiler furnace adopts a fully corrugated furnace structure, which increases the radiation and convection heat transfer area and meets the need for free expansion of the furnace after being exposed to high-temperature radiation. The front smoke box door adopts a split independent design, which not only ensures the sealing of the smoke box properties, so that no smoke escapes or leaks,

and it is easier to maintain. Exhaust heat stage The ladder multi-return design enables high-temperature flue gas to conduct radiation heat exchange along the corrugated furnace, convective heat exchange in the threaded smoke pipe, economizer and condenser,

and finally discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney, further improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
